Refund policy


We at Thebellestore hair extensions aim to please our customers and ensure they are totally satisfied with their order and experience. We maintain a very high level of quality control to ensure that our customers receive nothing short of the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.


Refunds are not allowed, however, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • If an Item is considered faulty according to our quality standard, an exchange or store credit excluding any shipping costs incurred will be offered. The item should be returned within 3 working days of receipt for domestic orders and 7 working days for international orders.
  • We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any altered products considered non-defective by company standards or our standard styling practices such as lace tinting, band attachment, bleaching of knots, or layering of wavy hair. Issues related to maintenance or styling alterations will only be resolved by providing educative media, exchanges or returns are NOT allowed In cases as such.
  • Altered products include where the lace has been trimmed off or requested to be trimmed off by the company on behalf of the client and for bundles; the band holding the hair has been untied or cut off due to sanitary requirements or in case of curly or wavy weaves brushed out in any way. In cases where the client has an issue with a wig with altered lace, 30% deduction will be made from the value of the altered closure or frontal by the brand.
  • All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. All packaging materials, gift items must be included in good condition if an item is being returned. In a case where the packaging items are damaged or unavailable, deductions will be made. We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made. 
  • Lace closures, lace frontals or wigs made from either, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been bleached, tinted, worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange and a deduction of 30% will apply.
  • Due to the delicate nature of lace frontals which have been customized, please note we will not exchange or accept returns or give refunds on any used lace frontals which have been bleached or plucked in line with customizing process. 
  • Cap sizes provided by the customers will be used in processing their orders. It is important that you provide the accurate cap size for your order as any error in cap size will be rectified at the brands discretion and will attract a cost and will not be a basis for refund or exchanges.

Custom products  

Please note that our color creations are handmade and we try to keep variations at a minimum, however, variations may occur from unit to unit. Kindly disclose any specifics desired during the order process as any changes in color choice will attract an extra fee. Any instruction after the order has been colored can only be implemented at the brand's discretion. Color fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once the service has been rendered. Colored products are processed items and their textures may change due to coloring. 

Texture weaves like wavy and curly hair requires maintenance. Our wavy weaves are raw donor hairs that return to their natural pattern and will require styling when necessary. Styling frequency may vary and cannot be stated by us.  For styling, guidance reach out to us for educative media and products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for cases where the client does not maintain the hair or use the recommended maintenance routine. 


      Bundles, closures, and frontals in their natural state are shipped out the next working day after payment is received on available items. Delivery time depends on the location of the customer and the delivery company. An estimated delivery date will be provided once an order is placed by the customer.

       Wigs and colored products are usually shipped out within 7-10 working days after complete payment is confirmed . Delivery is generally to the customer's doorstep.
      We will make every effort to ship out within the time frame stated. However, delivery times may be longer due to delays on the delivery company’s part. We are not responsible for such delays.
