A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to finalise your booking. Send via e-Transfer or PayPal to achikaesther@gmail.com. Deducted from your total. Appointment cancelled if deposit not received within 1 hour.
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations after this window forfeit the deposit. All payments are non-refundable. Balance due once service is completed.
Based in Kitchener, ON. The full address is sent in your confirmation message after deposit is confirmed. Services and drop offs by appointment only.
Wig revamp and repair services are drop-off only. Turnaround: 7–10 business days. Need it sooner? An express fee of $20 applies.
Hair must be freshly washed, blow-dried, and completely oil-free before your appointment.
Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches long to proceed with installation services.
Only high-quality bundles or wigs with HD lace are accepted. Unsure where to shop? Just ask.
New frontals or closures must be sent at least 3 days before your appointment for proper bleaching and plucking.

By booking with Tbshairstyling, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Pre-existing condition. Tbshairstyling is not responsible for shedding, lace tearing, thinning, colour fading, or deterioration present prior to drop-off.
Delicate lace disclaimer. HD and fine lace units are inherently delicate. Tbshairstyling cannot be held liable for damage occurring as a natural result of handling during the revamp process.
Old or compromised units. Tbshairstyling reserves the right to advise clients of risks before proceeding. Proceeding after such a warning is at the client's own risk.
Labelling responsibility. All wigs must be clearly labelled with written care or style instructions included.
Turnaround & collection. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Uncollected units after 30 days will be held at the client's risk.
Client disclosure. It is the client's sole responsibility to disclose any known allergies, scalp conditions, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
No liability for undisclosed sensitivities. Tbshairstyling shall not be held liable for any adverse response where the client has not disclosed a relevant sensitivity in advance.
Glue & adhesive use. Clients sensitive to bonding glues must inform the stylist before the service begins.
Right to decline service. Tbshairstyling reserves the right to decline a service if the client's scalp or hair appears to be in a condition that may put their health at risk.
Implied consent. By booking and receiving any service, clients grant permission to photograph and/or video the process and final result for marketing materials.
Content use. Photos and videos may be published, edited, or featured in promotions. Your full name will never be shared without explicit permission.
Opt-out right. Clients who do not wish to be photographed must inform the stylist in writing before their appointment begins.
Client sharing. Clients are welcome to share their results. Please tag @tbshairstyling whenever our work is shared publicly.
