Shipping policy

      Bundles, closures, frontals in natural state are shipped out next working day after payment is received on available items. Delivery time depends on the location of the customer and the delivery company . Estimated delivery date will be provided once an order is placed by the customer.

       Wigs and colored products are usually shipped out within 7-10 working days after complete payment is confirmed .Delivery is usually to the customers doorstep.
      We will make every effort to ship out within the time frame stated. However, delivery times may be longer due to delays on the delivery company’s part. We are not responsible for such delays.
